Returns and Refund Policy For Belly Dance Instructional DVD's

The policies below defines our refunds, returns and replacement policy for all Belly Dance DVD's and Belly Dance DVD video rentals. This policy is subject to change at any time.

Our goal is to provide the highest possible quality instruction and to give all dancers every opportunity to make sure that they get the exact instruction they need to help their dancing.

To help ensure this we provide a trailer and preview for all DVD's as well as make every DVD available as a Pay-Per-View video rental. 

1. Refund and Returns

All DVD Sales are Final: The Belly Dance DVD rental service is available for every DVD as a way for you to "Try Before Your Buy" . So if you're not sure if a DVD is exactly what you want, or need, then take advantage of the opportunity to rent these as on line videos so you to make sure you get exactly what you want before buying a DVD.

2. DVD Replacements

We will replace any DVD at our expense, if it has been damaged during shipment to the point where it will not play. All DVD's are encoded for region 1 in NTSC format.

For Belly Dance Video Rental

1. Refunds and Returns and Replacements

All Video  Sales are Final: If for some reason the video does not play, or was not accessible, then we will provide you with an additional rental at no cost to you. For example: All video rentals are viewable two times in a 24 hour peiord but if during that 24 hour period of time you were not able to view the video, then we will reissue a new certificate allowing you to view the view two additional times.
