Many dancers want to get to the nitty gritty without delay, they tend to overlook the value of taking the time to warm up. This is wrong! I have been dancing since at least 2003/2004 and
even though I became part of our Belly Dance
Performance group and was brought up to the
intermediate class we did not work on
combinations like Leyla teaches.
